Open Letter- WordPress Challenge

This post should have been posted a few weeks back.
When I heard about the WordPress challenge I was instantly intrigued. I’ve been looking for a new motivation for a while and this challenge seemed perfect.

Here is my Open letter…

I’ve been wanting to write to you for a while now, but I haven’t had the strength or courage to do so.
Sometimes I know exactly what I’ll say and other times I’m lost for words.
So I just thought I’d go with the flow today if that’s ok.

They say time is a healer, but after three years it still hurts like I’ve been cut with a knife, hearing those words again brings back the pain and makes me remember that moment I found out. I can see it like it was yesterday and I remember my exact words too.
I’m pleased that you were a huge part of my childhood and I’m glad I got to know you. I’m sad that I’ll never see your face again, but unlike me you’ll NEVER grow old.

My baby sister has recently had a baby of her own Pippa. I’ve told her all about you and your amazing imagination. When she’s older I will introduce her to your fantasy world.

There’s probably lots more I’d like to say but yet again I’m stuck for words. You’ll always be in our memories and your legacy lives on in music and in your fantasy.

Sleep well angel

We miss you always…
